Previous cards from Mount Airy Casino in Mount Pocono, PA had the PG manufacturer mark in the lower right corner on the back and the reverse text was centered and not aligned at the left and right. The latest cards have the same PG manufacturer mark but there is more text on the back and it's now aligned left and right. Three of the four levels have been found with the new reverse. If anyone can confirm if a Gold level exists with the new reverse please let me know or better yet submit scans to the ChipGuide so we can get it added.
