Same basic design but reverse phone# is now (800) 381-SLOT (7568), previous cards didn't have the 7568 at the end. Only the base level has been reported with the new phone# so if anyone sees any higher level cards with the new phone# please submit scans to the ChipGuide so we can get them listed.
