Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort changed the phone# on the back of their slot card from (360) 598-8789 to (360) 598-8700. So far it's only been reported on the base Topaz level, if anyone finds any other levels with the new phone# please submit scans to the ChipGuide or email them to me so we can get them added in the guides.
