Seems there was a Mesquite Gaming Ruby card that must have been issued between the originally listed 2nd issue Mesquite Gaming Rewards Ruby and 3rd issue Mesquite Gaming Ruby. The new found card has the same reverse as the Mesquite Gaming Rewards card but with the newer front like the 3rd issue.

Here's scans of the new found card and the back of the previously listed 3rd issue card (fronts are the same).... on the new found card the last line of the reverse paragraph is aligned at the right with the lines above. On the previous 3rd issue card the last line is extended slightly and ends past the other lines above.
