All the previous slot cards from the Silverado Franklin Historic Hotel & Gaming Complex in Deadwood, SD mentioned player inactivity of 15 months in the 6th line of the reverse text. This newly reported card now mentions 12 months of inactivity. If anyone comes across any other level cards from there with 12 months on the back please let me know and/or submit scans so we can get them listed.
