Twin Rivers Casino in Rhode Island now has table games as of June 19th and they have a new set of three level slot cards. But before those came out there was a newer blue Rewards Club card that had the PG manufacturer mark on the back but the same design as the cards before.

With the intro of the table games the casino now has a new set of slot cards in three levels - Premier, Club 100 and Elite.
