The original 2nd issue card listed in the guides from the Casino Rouge in Baton Rouge, LA had a (225) 709-7777 phone number on the reverse while this new found card with the same front has a (504) 381-7777 phone number on the back similar to the 1st issue cards. So this was apparently used sometime between what were listed as the 1st and 2nd issue cards and is being added as another variation of the 2nd issue.
