Original INClub slot cards from Presque Isle Downs in Erie, PA did not have a TM after INClub on the front and the Gambling Problem info on the back was all on one line with no manufacturer's mark on the back. A purple INClub Class was found a little while ago with a PG manufacturer's mark and the Gambling Problem on the back now on two lines with a TM added after INClub on the front. Now a gold level has been found in the new design and has been added to the guides. If anyone comes across any other levels in the new design please let us know so it can be added.
