First, another variation of the Rio slot card that is similar to the 7th issue with the barcode on the reverse and punchboard reader holes but this newly found card only has the bar code and no punched holes.

Second, from the Tropicana Casino in Las Vegas, NV is a black Island Winners Club that has the same reverse as the flat gold 11th issue with the PPC info in the bottom left. The black 11th issue card already listed didn't have the PPC printing. Scans are below after the Rio card.
