Found some other Golden Nugget 24Karat cards from Lake Charles and called the casino to get the correct info on what cards are what from there.

Turns out the original cards were similar to the other property cards with Lake Charles indicated on the front and available in four levels with the plicards on the back with a P688316# in the bottom right corner on the reverse. The base level card has a dash 3 and the Chairman card has a dash 1. I haven't found the other two levels to be able to document the P#s on those. I would assume they're P688316 with a different dash number at the end. These were supposedly issued from the trailer but were quickly replaced with the newer cards.

The latest and current cards are the cards that no longer list Lake Charles on the front but list a bunch of the Landry restraunts on the back. I was originally told these would be generic cards that would be used at other Golden Nugget properties but found out that was supposedly not correct. The other properties will continue to use their current cards and these are only from Lake Charles.
