The paper Carl's Fun Club cards from Carl Giudici's Mint (also used at the Victorian Gamgling Hall in Sparks and The Gambler in Reno had the logos for all 3 properties and was used from 2002 to 2004.

Another variation of that paper card with just two logos we just reported and added in the guides. This version was also used at the Victorian Penny Park and was used from 2005 to 2006.
