Just found a purple Racer's Edge Premier Pari-Mutuel Club card from the Mardi Gras Racetrack Gaming Center in Cross Lanes, WV. The card is very similar to the card they had when it was called the Tri-State Racetrack before changing to the Mardi Gras, basically just the logo in the upper right corner has changed.
