Appears there are two separate issues of the INCLUB slot cards from the Scioto Downs in Columbus, OH that no one really noticed.

First issue has "Scioto Downs Casino & Racetrack"

Second issue cards have "Scioto Downs Racino"

Both issues have four levels including purple Classic, Gold, Platinum and Black.

Scans of the cards reported or found so far are on the ChipGuide. If you can help supply scans (front and back please) of any of the missing cards please let me know so we can fill in the holes.
