Found there are two variations of the latest slot cards from the Empire City Casino at Yonkers Raceway in NY. The latest cards have a more modern logo with a white band across the middle of the front of the card with "CASINO" in the band.

The first set with the new design have the base green Empire Club Member card plus a black 2013 Elite Member card. The reverse has 3 lines of text under the Empire City logo.

The very latest cards with the new design have the base green Empire Club Member card that is a slight different color green from the 2013 cards and there is a black 2014 Elite Member card. These cards have 2 lines of text on the reverse under the Empire City logo.
