The latest blue Sapphire M Life cards from MGM have a C-00254893 number on the upper right reverse of the cards. Previous cards had an "R" or "S" after the number but the latest cards have "A0" after the number.

Scans of all three variations should be on the ChipGuide shortly if not already.

If anyone sees any other letters after the number or you see any other levels with the C#s please let me know and/or send scans.
