Cosmopolitan uses the same cards for slot cards and room keys. The slot guide previously listed a 1st issue Gold level with keyhole and 3 lines of text in the reverse paragraph but a 2nd issue with 2 lines of text in the reverse paragraph was just found. There are also new Silver and Sterling levels that have new phone numbers on the reverse. All previous 1st thru 3rd issue cards had the 877.551.7777 phone number. New Silver level has 877.893.2076 and Sterling level has 877.388.6919

I only have the new Silver level and scans of that card should be on the ChipGuide shortly.
