The blue Player's Card and the Gold Card from Thunderbird Casino in Norman and Shawnee OK were actually printed in two variations that were previously unnoticed... One variation has separate phone numbers under each casino address on the reverse and the latest variation now has a single phone number in the center between the two addresses.

Scans of the two variations along with other cards are all on the ChipGuide now but we're missing the 1st issue Gold Card scans if anyone has one that they can send scans.
