Just found a very early black Twenty Four Karat Club slot card from the original Golden Nugget Casino in Atlantic City that predates all the cards previously listed in the slot guide! This card is very similar to the 1st issue Las Vegas cards -- it has a signature strip but no mag stripe and the last paragraph on this card reads "This cards is NON-TRANSFERABLE and is the property of GNAC, Corp., P.O. Box 1746, Atlantic City, New Jersey 08404."

I'm adding it as the new 1st issue and bumping the existing entries to the 2nd issue.
