Just came across a blue slot card that is very similar to the Grand One Players Club that was used in 2000 (although the date is not printed on the card). The new found card has the same reverse as the Grand One Players Club but on the front it has just "Grand One Club" with "Grand Advantage Players Club" under it. Appears to have been used at the same time as the Grand One Players Club, both cards I have show the same expiration dates.
