There are two different slot card issues from the Sands in Bethlehem, PA that apparently no one really noticed. I just talked to the casino to confirm which is the most recent issue so this information should be correct. Both levels exist in both issues.

The 1st issue has "My Sands" in upper and lower case letters on the third line of text in the reverse paragraph.

The 2nd issue has "MY SANDS" in all upper case letters on the third line of text in the reverse paragraph.
