This Casino opened last year 2013 May/June with MGM doing all the ground work after the Canadian owner could not work with the Vietnamese Gov't to get it open. Marriage lasted 7 months , now Canadian owner is back running it. Understand it is a beautiful MGM style, but is now laying off as the MGM customer base no longer visits it. Bottom card is new and Casino now will only issue 1 per player .
