Being the start of a new year I ran some numbers the other day to see how much the slot guide has grown this past year and where I am with my collection. The numbers are just amazing, I hadn't realized I was accumulating that many cards this past year!

My master copy of the slot card guide now lists over 15,900 entries worldwide and I now have over 13,100 of those cards for about 83% coverage. There are almost 13,700 USA entries alone and 2,240+ foreign entries (including Canada). I have a little higher coverage of US cards, now at 85% with a little over 11,600 different cards.

With all the variations, player# prefixes and other things I'm saving my actual collection now includes over 41,750 different/unique cards and still growing. It seems like it was only a year or so ago when I had hit 30,000 cards.

The slot guide had a little over 14,600 entries this time last year so that's about 1,300 new entries last year. Seems like last year was a little busier than normal There were about 12,000 entries back in 2010 so it seems to average around 1,000 new cards/entries a year.
