Recently found a problem on eBay where eBay is ignoring any seller discount when you go to pay for an auction via PayPal. Although the correct final total is displayed in the invoice the actual total sent to PayPal is incorrect and totally ignores any discount the seller included.

To make matters worse, the wrong total is apparently also used to calculate the final value fees for the seller too.
