Here's another set of newly found cards...

If you look at the 2nd issue Celebrity and Premier cards from the Hollywood Casino in Shreveport, LA there is another variation of both cards that now have "Expires 12/31/04" printed by the card manufacturer in the bottom right corner. I've added these as the 3rd issue from Hollywood.

The original 2nd issue cards did not have an expiration date.
