If you look at the list of red Emperors Club cards from Caesars AC, 2nd issue, you'll see 3 cards near the end of that list that have NO insert arrows. The first of those has NO manufacturers mark. There are actually TWO variations of that card ....

On the first variation the top line of text on the reverse is 37mm long and the dashes in the phone number are short with virtually no spacing between the numbers and the dash.

On the second variaton the top line of text on the reverse is 40mm long and the dashes in the phone number are long with a space between the numbers and the dash.
