There is a January, 2013 date printed at the bottom of the flyer.
Other than the lower level card, it's going to be tough to find orphaned cards on the casino floor, as there have not been a large number of active casino patrons anytime I've been there .... especially during the winter time.... *unless someone knows somebody in charge of handing out cards.
