I just notice 2 of the 3 variations we found in the 2012 standard Harrah's Total Rewards also exist in the 2012 Margaritaville Play in Paradise cards. Earlier cards had 3 lines of text on the bottom of the reverse with 4 phone numbers in the bottom line while more recent cards now have the 4 lines of text on the bottom of the reverse with 4 phone numbers in the bottom line.

Wonder if any other Harrah's/Caesars cards have been redone like this?
