just got a scan of a new player card at Route 66 but only one level. Checked the casino website but they only list the levels with no photos of the different levels of the cards.

I just talked with someone at the casino and the colors of the different level cards are:

Welcome level is RED, Select level is BLUE, Preferred level is GREEN, Elite level is Purple and their highest Club 66 level card is a pearlized SILVER.
