I'm guessing that I'll probably announce the Santa Shotgun around mid-week with a cutoff at something like 8-10 people (maybe do a second one for anyone that missed the first, if needed and enough interest), do something like 5-6 keys to each other person on the list (making the keys needed to participate in the 35-54 key range), and set the mailing date as the 10th of December (or so...or earlier if I hit the number of participants quickly).
