Spoke with the rewards desk manager at the new Golden Nugger in Atlantic City last weekend and she mentioned that they already replaced the original black and gold Chairman level slot card with a new design. The original design was mostly black with narrow gold bands at the top and bottom. The new cards have a wider gold band at the bottom so they can print the player information in black just like on the entry level gold card. If anyone needs scans to see what they look like let me know and I'll post them.
