I also use the Avery pages and yes recently some of them have been quite tight - not all of them in the package though. Quality control has slipped in the past year. When I encounter that, I just leave that one blank. Wouldn't that be great if that were the spot where you needed to put a skinny key?

I order them online from Costco.com and pay $1.79 per pack of 10 which is about half price of the last ones I got from Office Depot (they used to be about $2.29/pack but they raised their prices). I did like the Office Depot ones. I have used the Staples ones also but do like the others better (personal preference).
