From Houston to Reno. The guy ahead of me used his cell phone ,the gal scanned it and he boarded.
I remember when they went from tearing a boarding pass ,giving you your copy and keeping their part to be entered by hand, to just scanning the boarding pass and you kept the whole pass.
Think we call all this progress and have to grin and bear it.
