Dave - as of right now, I'm leaning towards mailing them on Tuesday June 21 - I don't know how that fits into your schedule. 10 keys in an envelope with a plastic holder and 1 piece of paper weighs 3 ounces and would cost $1.04 to mail. I take a 9-pocket page and cut it into 3 strips and put keys in each of the pockets, and then wrap that in a piece of paper so the keys don't come out if the envelope does get torn. I also tape the envelope well so it doesn't get ripped. 10 keys in a small padded mailer also weighs 3 ounces and would cost $1.71 to mail (it's treated as a parcel). In the event mailing day falls on your work day, would it be possible to buy the stamps ahead of time and just drop them in a mailbox on mailing day?
