Everything is finally finished and the books are being printed. I should have them by the middle of next week and CDs are ready now - so I can start taking orders at any time. Pricing is the same as I mentioned in my earlier posts, $45 for the book, $25 for the CD or $60 for both with postage and handling included for US and Canadian orders. Unfortunately I'll need to add another $10 for any foreign orders that include the book to cover the overseas shipping costs. I'll ship orders as quickly as I can as long as I'm not traveling for work but worse case I'm usually home on the weekends.
