We previously had a gold Club Paradise and a silver Platinum Preferred Club Paradise card listed from the Spa Resort and Agua Calienta Casinos in Calif, under the 3rd issue with two phone numbers on the back. I just found a silver Preferred Club Paradise card that is basically the Platinum Preferred without the Platinum that was not listed in the guides.
