We previously had a green and white paper Hotel Guest Casino Identification card listed from the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas that specifically mentioned casino play tracking in the text of the reverse but there were NO LOGOS on the back of the listed card. This later similar paper card has ParkPlace and 5 casino logos across the bottom of the back below similar play tracking text.
