THere are common and not so common 7 Stars Cards. The not so common are actually Speciality issued 7 Stars Cards, such as the current Harrah's South Lake Tahoe which has "Signature Event" imprinted on it.

There are others as well like Anniversary issues and WOSP issues. Also, in Canada it is legal for 19 and 20 year olds to gamble and Casino Windsor issued special RED TOP cards which may have had a 7 Star card. I do not know what Caesar's Windsor is issuing.
