I've also made digital copies of all the materials and have made adjustments to the on-line Un-Official OTY Viewing pages to display the top ten nominees. The OTY categories this year (actually, for 2008) continues to place the TOTY (Token of the Year) on hiatus. :(
For those 
Members that are now considered as OTY Judges, there are several ways to go about casting your vote(s), all of which I'll detail here.
Snail Mail - The Judge's Pamphlet consists of 4- 8.5" x 11" pages, printed front and back, in color, with a Ballot insert for a total of 5 pages. It is well over an ounce in total weight, but less than 2 ounces. The fewer of these that need to be mailed, the better the cost savings for the Club! While I have always touted the color Judge's Pamphlet as a added benefit of OTY participation, it still remains that times are tough all over and any cost avoidence is cost savings to the Club. So, if you feel that you can do without a OTY Chairman provided Judge's Pamphlet, then please let me know by email to save some postage and that you can do your OTY Nominee viewing on-line and cast a ballot electronically, or via snail mail of a completed Ballot, from a blank printed on-line.
In the absence of being notified to NOT mail the Judge's Pamphlet, I will be sending them out very shortly. Recipients may use the inserted Ballot to mark their votes and return the Ballot to the address noted on the Ballot with a Post Mark on or before 23 May, 2009, for receipt by me on or before 01 June, 2009.
Electronic Delivery - Posted with this message are several links to view the Nominees, print-out a Ballot, print-out a Judge's Pamphlet and link to the Un-Official OTY Viewing pages. Please feel free to use these links to view the Nominees and make your selections. Use the Ballot to electronically cast your votes to my email addy (above and repeated below). If you can copy/paste the form used to record votes and include that in your email, then great. If you prefer and have the technical ability to do so, then please feel free to electronicall fill-out the Ballot and email it back to me as an attachment, or in-line element of email.
If these capabilities escape your ability, then just send me an email that lists your 1st, 2nd and 3rd place votes, in all three categories for the alphabetical reference of each OTY Nominee, like this:
COTY 1st-X, 2nd-Z, 3rd-Q. CKOTY 1st-R. In this example I see 3 votes for COTY, 1 vote for CKOTY and no votes for SSOTY. Although yopu can be brief, please be clear!
As with the Snail Mail deadlines, electronic deadlines have the same "on or before" dates! I can also handle faxing and telephone voting! To get my contact number you will have to download the Ballot (which is an Adobe Reader, .pdf document). Be prepared to leave me a message.

(While you are there, you can navigate to the TOTY page, which while it display several tokens, only one was issued as a slot machine token for 2008.)

While there you can generally click on any image and if that scan is based on a hi-res scan, you will be able to see a more detailed view of the Nominee in the window that opens. Please note also that I am still changing the SSOTY views from single, side-by-side images, to the front/back (click the intertwined arrows) feature of the viewing site. Also, where these intertwined arrows appear for the CKOTY viewing images, there is no back image to see and instead it will repeat the front view.
To view and download a copy of the "2008 OTY Awards Official Ballot" which again is an Adobe Reader (.pdf) file, which will try to download and open when you left click on the link. (If you right click the link, you will be given the option to download and open or Save, if you are on a PC.)

This is a big file! It is an Adobe Reader (.pdf) version of the Judge's Pamplet. It is intended to be downloaded, Saved and printed out on a printer that can do double-sided printing! However, double-sided printing is NOT required. You can still print all 8 pages, arrange them front-to-back in four pairs, fold over and you have a Judge's Pamphlet. As an alternative, and you have the savy, you can print odd pages on one pass of the printer, flip the pages over and print the even number pages and then have a 4-page, double-sided Judge's Pamphlet!
