Just returned from the longest slot card run I have EVER had. Flew from Chicago to Phoenix on Thursday night. Casino Arizona Salt River Friday night(3 hour delay from Chicago) at casino at 1am Phoenix time, got cards here!!!! Up at 7 am on Friday and off by car back to Illinois, stop one Ciffs castle Camp Verde, Az. cards here also. On to I-40 East into new Mexico first stop Sky City, cards here. Next stop Dancing Eagle Casino, cards not available new cards in one week! Into Albuquerque and North on I-25 to Sandia Casino. What a fantastic casino!!! Cards here! Had to skip Isleta South on I-25 as time is at a premium, reservations in Taos and already getting late. Next stop Santa Ana Star just off I-25, got cards here. San Felipe Hollywood next, no slot club here. Still LONG way out of Taos and almost midnight, appointment in Taos at 8am. Saturday!!! This forced me to miss Camel Rock, Cities of Gold and Ohkay, even though they were right along the Route(North 84/255) had to push on(nearly killed me going by those slot cards!).
Into Taos at 3am. Saturday morning!!!! Made my appointment at 8 am., then out to Taos Mountain Casino. Extremely small casino, no slot club here(also picked up $1 chips at all casinos so all was not lost). Through the mountains into Colorado SNOW AND 30 DEGREES!!!!!! Back onto I-25 up to I-76 and into Nebraska, Omaha/Council Bluffs at 2 am.(no casinos tonight, can wait until am.). Ameristar Council Bluffs Sunday am, cards here (Harvey's boat cruising and no onshore club booth). Onto I-80 lunch and stop at Prarie Meadows Casino in Des Moines, cards here. Back in Chicagoland at 6pm. Sunday. What a ride!!!! Some great sites, interesting casinos and people!!! See the scan of the cards below!
