Casinos that use New Friend cards, all that I know of have these cards in the pit. If someone new wants a card the pit person issues a New Friend card after getting customers information. Info is than put in computer-if customer wants to get a card with their name imprinted they must go to the Casinos promotion booth to have card made. At that time the Casino will print a card with the same New Friend number but customers name will appear on card. Something new to look for-see if you can match up a New Friend card with one that has a name and same account number.
