Well, Larry, that's what YOU have to decide. You and the other person in the trade. Is a card in perfect shape (i.e., just off the imprinter, never used in the machines) worth less than a blank card? Since Blank Cards are in many cases harder to get, many would say a blank card is worth more. How much? Don't know. Unless there is a guideline in a book somewhere that tells you what something is worth, you have to decide a price; you have to decide the comparative values of the two tradable items. Right?
