In the Nov. 16-29 Issue of Poker Digest, the inside front cover is an ad for the Casino Arizona's Jackpot Bonus program. They had a
program like this in the past and I think used
a chip to award the bonus but this time they are
using a card to give 20 or 30 or 50% Bonus.
The card looks std. slot card size and is
tan/brown/gold color.
I would think these will be hard to get.
If any of the Phoenix area collectors come up with any I have interest.
