Steve, Very enjoyable dissertation. The landmark auction was somewhat suspenseful and fun. My hat goes (if I was wearing one) to James for putting the card in the auction. I was hedging on the probability that "The Card" was going to be sniped in the final minute by several well deserving collectors. However, I did not want to be in that battle. Thus, I gambled on the possibility that no one would go another three bills to override my bid. "The Card" could not have gone to a better person for this hobby (except, if Pat could have snapped it for $30). Oh by the way, the reason I bid $1060.....I thought "The Card" would be a great Christmas present to you. Are you interested in selling visiting right to see "The Card" occasionally??
