That seller, skeeter169, stated on 9/28, that he would send out the missing keys. It's 10/10 and the keys still have not arrived. A few minutes ago I contacted eBay in an attempt to resolve the situation. Skeeter169 will likely be receiving negative feedback and a one star rating in each category from me in the near future if the matter is not resolved promptly.
Just a word of warning for those considering buying from this seller.
