Here's a red Advantage card from the Coushatta Casino Resort in Kinder, LA that was not previously listed in the guides and has the black oval casino logo at the bottom on the reverse but the text below is different from the earlier cards. On the earlier cards the web address and phone# were on the same bottom line of the reverse. On this card the web address is on a separate line above the phone# like seen on the later cards with two logos on the back. So this card seems to fit between the previously listed 4th and 5th issues.
