Just found this card that was previously not listed in the guides.... Identical to the 3rd issue red Winners Circle card from the Horseshoe Casino in Bossier City, LA with the 7111 Horseshoe Blvd, Bossier City, LA 71111 address -BUT- the original card listed 3 Horseshoe locations on the front (Bossier City, LA, Casino Center, MS and Las Vegas, NV) while this new found card only lists 2 Horseshoe locations on the front, the Las Vegas, NV location is no longer included.
