Just came across this card from the Catfish Bend casino in Iowa that is similar to the 10th issue slot cards but has Inn & Spa on it with no text on the back. It has a sticker on the back that someone added with "2008" on it. That would fall in line with something around the end of the 10th issue slot cards that expired 12/31/07. I would think it was a room key card but this was a riverboat casino and I can't find any reference or info on this particular card. If anyone has any knowledge or info about this card please let me know so we can properly identify it on the ChipGuide.
