Here are scans of the two Indigo Sky slot cards that I got recently. They are the same design as the previously listed 3rd issue card which no longer has an Outpost Casino web address on the back. One is the higher level PANTHER card with no manufacturer mark and the other is a newer FREEDOM card for veterans which has a PG mark on the back.
