Finally found one of the thin plastic Trump Taj Mahal blue President's Select Club cards with no manufacturer's mark on the back that we were missing scans for the ChipGuide. In fact, I found 2 variations of that card - one has the line "Valid through 01/31/03" along the bottom edge of the front while the second card has "Valid through 07/31/04" in a white rectangle along the bottom edge of the front.
