There are several cards from the Wind Creek Casino in Atmoore, AL that are also used at the Tallapoosa and Riverside Casinos in AL with all three logos on the back. These are the orange "The Club" cards.

The original card had a "Good Thru.." date on the front then they removed the date in the 2nd issue. Both issues had a shadow behind "The Club" on the front.

The 3rd issue removed the shadow behind "The Club" but there now appear to have been two variations of this issue. One card has the top of "The Club" in line with the "E" in "END" in the insert text. On the second variation the top of "The Club" is in line with the "S" in "THIS" in the insert text along the left edge so "The Club" is actually lower on this card.

The 4th issue has the PG manufacturer's mark and the front is like the second variation of the 3rd issue.
